So Cathy doesn’t want someone to feel rushed or intimidated. Advances in technology, with large companies spending billions of £'s researching scientific developments for hair means changes are happening all the time and you can now have just about any look you'd like.

It is now possible to permanently straighten hair using Opti.smooth with heat. This usually takes about 4 hours. So it would be advisable to bring a good book or your laptop. This amazing treatment saves you daily blow drying and straightening time. Some clients have now been able to join a gym and not worry about their frizzy hair.

With this straightening treatment your hair also remains silky smooth in humid conditions like on holiday or dancing in a nightclub!


The permanent smoothing treatment permanently takes out the frizz to give smoother curls. The permanent treatments cannot be used on hair with more than 25% highlights, so it’s advisable to check with Cathy if you are unsure of the possibility.

If you are tempted with this but not wanting to fully commit to permanent straightening then Cathy is experienced in the Keratin Blow Drys, such as La Brasilliana. For this treatment previous highlights will not be a problem.
